RingThru

Safety, consent and privacy

Your parent's trust matters more than anything we build. These are the rules we never break.

  • Consent comes first

The first call explains what RingThru is and asks for permission. Daily calls start only after your parent says yes. They can stop at any time by saying so on a call.

  • We never ask for money or secrets

RingThru will never ask for money, an OTP, bank details or Aadhaar. Anyone who does is not us.

  • No stored audio

We don't store call recordings. We keep a text transcript and a short summary so your family can read them. You can delete them whenever you like.

  • Only your family can see it

Each parent's calls are visible only to the family members you invite. Our team looks at them only to help you or to follow up on an urgent alert, and every look is logged.

  • Honest about AI

RingThru always says it is an AI assistant arranged by the family. It never pretends to be a person.

  • Clear limits

RingThru is not an emergency service or a doctor. In an emergency, call 112. For cyber fraud, call 1930. The national Elderline is 14567.

  • Your data, your choice

Download or delete your family's data at any time. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
