How it works
Set it up once. It keeps working every day after.
Five minutes of setup from wherever you are, and a daily rhythm your parent can rely on.
- 1
Set up your parent's profile and choose who calls
Add their phone number, preferred language, medication times, and a few personality notes, then pick the AI companion or a real person — takes about 5 minutes.
- 2
The call happens on schedule
A warm, natural conversation at the time you choose, every day, picking up from what was talked about last time.
- 3
You get a same-day summary
Mood, anything mentioned, medication reminders, and an urgent alert if something needs your attention right away.
Who calls
Choose who calls your parent
Some families want a dependable daily check-in. Others want a real person on the line. You pick when you set the profile up, and you can change your mind later.
Available now
An AI companion
A warm, natural voice that calls at the same time every day, in your parent's language, and remembers the last conversation.
- Every day, including weekends
- Cheapest option — one credit per call
- Introduces itself as an AI companion, never pretends to be a person
Opening soon
A real person
Someone from our vetted team calls instead: a nurse for health check-ins, or a friendly companion if what your parent needs is conversation.
- You tell us what you're looking for, we match a companion
- Matched on language, role, and what your parent likes to talk about
- The companion writes the summary after the call
Real-person calls are opening a few families at a time. Tell us which you’d prefer when you join the waitlist and we’ll get in touch when it’s your turn.

What you get
Everything a daily check-in should tell you
Not a dashboard to manage. A short, human update, and a clear signal when something needs you.
Same-day summary
A short, readable note after every call: how they sounded, what came up, what to follow up on.
Medication reminders
Gentle prompts at the times you set, and a clear yes or no on whether the tablets were taken.
Memory notebook
Every conversation adds to a per-parent notebook, so the next call picks up where the last one left off.
Urgent alerts
If a call suggests a fall, chest pain, or feeling unsafe, you're emailed immediately with your emergency contact shown.
One switch pauses tomorrow's call for a hospital visit, travel, or a day with family at home.
Weekly digest
A calm weekly view of mood and medication patterns, so you can spot a change before it becomes a problem.
For families abroad
The call happens even when you're asleep
You're in Dubai, London, Toronto, or New Jersey. Your parent is in Kochi, Chennai, or Pune, three and a half hours or eleven hours away. The call comes at their morning, and the summary is waiting when you wake up.
Questions
The things families ask first
Does my parent need a smartphone or internet?
No. It's a regular phone call to any number, including a basic landline or feature phone.
Which countries can you call?
Anywhere your parent has a phone. Tell us where they live when you join the waitlist, and we confirm coverage for their number before your first call.
What languages are supported?
Malayalam and English are ready to go today. Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Spanish, Arabic and others we set up on request — tell us your parent's language when you join the waitlist, even if it isn't on our list.
Can a real person make the calls instead of the AI?
Yes — that's opening soon, a few families at a time. You choose a nurse for health check-ins or a friendly companion for conversation, and we match someone from our vetted team on language and interests. Tell us you'd prefer a real person when you join the waitlist.
Is the call recorded?
The conversation is transcribed as text so a summary can be generated, but no audio recording is stored in this version of the product.
How much does it cost?
RingThru is free during the beta. Every account starts with 10 free call credits, and you can request more at any time.
